Using the site

You may use 1700 Games for personal, lawful, non-commercial play. If you are not old enough to accept these terms where you live, use the site only with permission from a parent or guardian.

An account is optional. If you create one, keep access to your Google account secure and provide accurate age-confirmation information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

Fair use

You must not:

• interfere with the site, its security, or another person's use of it;
• use automated traffic in a way that disrupts the service;
• attempt to access systems or information you are not authorized to access;
• copy, resell, or present our games or branding as your own.

Games and availability

Games, rules, difficulty, features, and availability may change as we improve the platform. Some games include saved progression while others are designed as self-contained sessions. Any local browser data can be lost if you clear site data, switch devices, or use private browsing. We do do not currently provide purchases, prizes, or cash-value rewards.

Community features

Likes, dislikes, and structured feedback must reflect your genuine experience. Do not manipulate results, automate reactions, evade limits, or use community features to disrupt the service. We may remove activity or restrict an account to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

Ownership

The 1700 Games name, mascot, site design, original game presentation, text, and project-owned assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used only under their applicable licenses.

No warranties

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for reliable, enjoyable play, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or permanent retention of browser-local progress. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Links and changes

External links are governed by the destination's own terms and privacy practices. We may update these terms when the service changes. Material changes will receive a new effective date.
